We’re only a month away!
Can you believe the first delivery of the month is only a month away? It’s coming up quick! We are so excited to share all the delicious vegetables we’ve harvested this year with all of you, and tag along on this season’s food journey.

Have you signed up for the CSA season yet?
We do still have shares available for this season, but they’re going quick! Our goal is to fill up before the season begins this year, and every share helps to support the farm and keep the CSA going. We appreciate all of your support!
We will still have full shares and half shares on the same schedule format as last year, so half shares will have a Group A and a Group B schedule on alternating weeks. Our 20-week season will again go from June to October, and prices for all our delivery options remain the same as the 2025 season.
We will have deliveries to Eugene, Springfield, Portland, Florence, Mapleton, Veneta, and Noti. As of now, all the delivery sites remain the same except the High Street location in Eugene. Our new site for that area will be on E 36th, at the home of one of our members, Karena Norton.
The first pack day of the season will be on Tuesday, June 9th! We can’t wait to begin!
You can place your order for the 2026 CSA Season here.

Let us know if you’re going on vacation this season!
We know summer gets busy and sometimes vacation schedules clash with delivery schedules. Let us know when you know! We do our best to plan ahead as much as possible to avoid any last-minute mistakes, so if you need to change a pickup or a site or any of the above, please let us know at least seven days in advance. This means seven days from the nearest change. If you’re changing a scheduled day from Friday to the previous Tuesday, I would need to know seven days from Tuesday to make sure our lists are accurate and that our harvest team can account for the changes.
We do have a few options for how to reschedule your boxes this season:
- You can reschedule to a different day and location in the same week to still get that week’s produce.
- For half share members, you can reschedule for an off week. For full share members, you can choose a double share for the week of your choosing.
- We can offer up to two vacation coupons to be used at any of our markets.
- You can have a friend pickup your share (we don’t need to approve this option).
- We can donate your share to Food for Lane County.
We are happy to oblige with all of these options, just please make sure to let us know as soon as possible, and at least a week in advance. Thank you so much!

Do you have SNAP? We love that program!
Unless something changes on a national scale, we happily work with the SNAP/DUFB program to help with your CSA purchase. If you use SNAP to pay for your share, the Double-Up Food Bucks program (run through the state) will match your payments for up to half your share. You can choose SNAP at checkout and then email me to let me know the card # and benefit loading day you would like to use for the season.
PLEASE NOTE: If we are unable to enroll you in the program before the season begins or you do not have the benefits on your card to cover your half, you will be charged full price for your share. It is really important that if you are using SNAP, you let me know the correct information so I can get you enrolled in the program before the season begins. This helps us, you, and the SNAP program plan for the season.
We also have financial assistance available on a first-come, first serve basis. While we do have a small amount available for the 2026 season, we still invite any of our members who would like to contribute to donate to the financial assistance fund to help those families who might need a little help this season.

A few changes to how we use financial assistance this year…
We know things have been tough for a lot of people with our current economic climate. But we also know how much we all like to eat delicious, fresh food! This year, we are operating with a much smaller fund for financial assistance, so we’ve made a few changes to how it’s applied to your account if you’re in need.
- Because we are extremely limited for financial assistance this year, we do have to cap how much we can offer. We are more than willing to work with you on a payment plan that fits your economic situation. We still want you to get your food!
- All coupons offered this year will automatically be applied to your account if you’re using financial assistance from the farm. This helps us use as much as possible for as many members as possible. This will go for any over-payments as well.
If you would like to donate to the financial assistance fund to help us feed as many people as possible, you can make a donation by following this link. We appreciate you all so much! Your generosity is what keeps us going. Thank you all for being so kind and understanding.

Come see us at the Lane County Farmers’ Market on Saturdays!
It’s that time of year! The Lane County Farmers’ Market is in full swing on Saturdays! Come see us at the market pavilion at 8th and Oak from 9am to 2pm every Saturday for delicious veggies! This time of year, there’s a lot of root vegetables and they’re all delicious! Come on down and say hi. We hope to see you next weekend!

Just a few housekeeping notes…
We are at the beginning of the season, so we have to mention that pesky inconvenience of payment. (I know, I know, but what can you do? You keep us going.) If you haven’t already covered the balance of your share or set up a payment plan for monthly or split payments, please do so at your earliest convenience. No one likes to talk about money (least of all me), but we really do rely on the income from CSA shares to keep going smoothly throughout the season. We do have financial assistance again this year (thank you amazing, generous donors!), so if you do need help with the cost of your share, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
We offer the following payment options for your convenience:
Check: We’re happy to accept checks for payment to avoid the credit card transaction fee. (We actually prefer it, as it saves us the fee too!) But make sure you deduct the fee from your total! If you’d like to send post-dated checks so you don’t have to remember to make additional payments, you’re more than welcome to! We’ll lock them away in our safe, so they’ll always be secure.
While mailing a check is the most secure way to make sure we receive your payment, if you choose to pay at one of our markets, please make sure your payment is contained in a sealed envelope with your name and “CSA” clearly written on the front. Please do not leave a check at your pickup site.
Credit Card: We’re happy to offer online payment options through our website, wintergreenfarm.com. After logging into your account, you can find your invoice in the “Orders” tab. When you check out, you can choose any of the payment plan options mentioned above. There is a credit card transaction fee of a little over 3%, as that’s what we get charged to process online payments. (This fee is added to all online payments, so if you’re paying by check, please feel free to subtract the fee from the total.)
Please note that we are unable to take any credit card payments over the phone, as we’re no longer set up to do so. Thank you for understanding!
Cash: While cash is definitely the least secure way to pay, we are happy to accept cash as payment for your share. If you choose to pay cash, please make sure to contain it in a sealed envelope with your name and “CSA” clearly written on the front if you pay at a market, or included in a note or letter if you send it by mail. Please do not leave cash or payment of any kind at your pickup site.

Make sure you’re using the correct address when you mail us a check!
We’ve had a few checks sent to the Winter Green Beef post office box lately, which means they didn’t make it to us for nearly a month. While both Winter Green Farm and Winter Green Beef are on the same property and we love Kevin and Courtney, we are two separate businesses. Please make sure you’re mailing payments to the correct address, so they don’t get lost in the mail.
You can mail checks to:
Winter Green Farm
89762 Poodle Creek Road
Noti, OR 97461
If you are in need of financial assistance to help with your share, please contact the farm at folks@wintergreenfarm.com.

We are so excited to share this season’s bounty with all of you! Thank you so much for your continued support of the farm. We appreciate you!
Many blessings,
Chelsea and your Winter Green farmers
