This is one of the easiest steak sauces to make and it is so good. I find it is best to make this a day ahead of time and let it rest in the fridge overnight so that the flavors can mingle and settle.
- 1 cup creme fraiche
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- 1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and grated on a micro plane
- ½ tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 1-5 days. Enjoy!
