We Say Goodbye to Hollywood Market

To all our supporters, staff, and friends at the Hollywood Farmers Market,

As some of you may be aware, over the past several months, we have been struggling to find and employ staff to run the booth at the Hollywood Market. With increasing fuel costs, and an overall increase in expenses (labor, supplies, etc.), we sadly feel that we can no longer service this market.

We started our booth at the Hollywood Farmers Market eighteen years ago, and it has been a great experience! Many relationships were formed over the years, and thousands of people enjoyed eating our organic, biodynamic produce.

This was truly a hard decision for us. But, we have to look at the bottom line of the farm’s future in the years to come.

We have always relied on our mission statement for guidance. “A productive farm in harmony with the earth, humanity, and ourselves.” We will miss all who have supported Winter Green Farm at the Hollywood Market over the years. May health and sustainably produced food be a part of your lives.
